Student Facing Engagement Opportunities

1. Engage with talent: Hackathons attract some of the brightest and most motivated students, offering sponsors a unique opportunity to connect with potential future employees or collaborators.
2. Showcase your brand: As a sponsor, your organization will receive prominent recognition and visibility before, during, and after the event. From logo placement to social media shoutouts, sponsoring a hackathon is an excellent way to elevate your brand and increase awareness among our community.
3. Make a meaningful impact: By sponsoring a hackathon, you provide students with the chance to tackle real-world challenges or existing problems faced by your organization. This hands-on experience not only enhances their practical skills but also fosters innovation and creativity. |

We invite Queer professionals in STEM to connect with and support the LGBTQIA+ student community at CSU. This event was inspired by the voices of students who expressed a strong desire to learn from individuals who share their identities and experiences within the STEM field. Your presence can make a profound impact, offering students valuable insights into your career journey, experiences navigating the workplace, and strategies for securing internships and full-time positions. This event is an opportunity to build community, share your story, and inspire the next generation of Queer professionals. Join us on campus for meaningful conversations, delicious food, and the chance to shape the future of Queer talent in STEM.
The Career Center will compensate panelists $100/hour for their contributions to identity-related discussions, recognizing their expertise and ensuring an inclusive environment where diverse voices are valued. |

Site visits offer students the chance to gain firsthand insight into your operations and culture, while allowing you to showcase your workplace environment and career opportunities. Please know that we cannot put on a site visit ourselves.
We will work with you to determine how much a site visit to your organization would cost based on the size of the group, location, etc. |
