Employee Type
Student Hourly; Postdoctoral Fellow; Graduate Assistant; Clinical Psych Intern; Vet Intern; Vet Resident; Fellowship Grant Trainee
New Employee
Background checks are mandatory for all new student employees and if a student is returning from a break of no more than 12 months to a position with sensitive condition (or DVM requirement) where one did not exist previously.
Existing Employee
Conditional – background check required only if moving into new position with sensitive condition (or DVM requirement) where one did not exist previously
