BRAYDEN ANTONIO (he,him)

Brayden joined CSU in October 2021 in the newly created Student Employee Development Coordinator position. Prior to joining the Career Center Team, Brayden worked in campus event programming where he found joy through investing in the professional & personal development of his student employees. Brayden has a BS in Human Resource & Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a MA in Organizational Learning from The George Washington University.  In his free time, he enjoys traveling, thrift shopping, reading, teaching group fitness classes and most of all, eating.

ERIN PATCHETT (she,her)
Director, Administration and Assessment

Erin Patchett, PhD (she | her) currently serves as Director of Administration and Assessment for Campus Recreation and has 16 years of supervisory experience in higher education. She has a BS in Exercise and an MA in Leisure Studies from the University of Iowa as well as a doctorate in Sport Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. Her dissertation examined equity, diversity, and inclusion in collegiate recreation. Her interests outside of work include reading, playing and watching sports, going to concerts, and drinking coffee.

Kelsey Schultz

KELSEY SCHULTZ (she,they)

Kelsey joined the CSU Career Center and College of Liberal Arts in December 2019. With a 10+ year career in higher education spanning 5 states, they have dabbled in residence life, student leadership, and several years of career coaching. Kelsey finds joy in the intersections of social justice and storytelling – the process of discovering and empowering the ones we tell about ourselves and our communities. She has a BA in Psychology & Communication from Western Washington University, an MA in College Student Personnel, certifications in StrengthsFinder and MBTI, and a level 4 graduate from Finest City Improv in San Diego. You can find Kelsey facilitating queer events in FoCo, planning trips to visit friends and go outside, or reveling in their latest gem found on Facebook Marketplace.

Sam Boren

SAM BOREN (she,her)

Sam has worked at CSU for four years, primarily in the Career Center. In her role as the Associate Director of Experiential Education, Sam is responsible for advancing campus employment and internship development at CSU. Presenting, facilitating conversations around DEI, and team development opportunities are the things that she enjoys about her role. Sam earned her BA in Communication Studies from the University of Northern Colorado and master’s in Counseling and College Student Development from Kansas State University. Outside of work Sam spends her time chasing after her energetic 2-year-old, breaking out of escape rooms, and reading dystopian novels.

SARAH (STEPHENS) QUAINTANCE (she,her)

Sarah is a double alumna of CSU (BA in Art History and BFA in Pottery – ’10) and has worked professionally at the University for eight years. After earning her MS in Student Affairs in Higher Education (’13) from CSU, she worked as a Hall Director at the University of New Hampshire, before returning to CSU and remaining in SLiCE thereafter. In the last five years, she has overseen SLiCE student staff hiring, onboarding, training, and recognition for all of SLiCE’s 40+ student staff members. Additionally, she leads volunteer programming for thousands of CSU Rams. Recently, Sarah started a business offering MBTI and Strengths certified coaching, facilitation consulting, and teambuilding facilitation. When not working, she enjoys art, Pilates, all things nature, and spending time with her cattle dog mutts and family.

TJ HILL (he,him,his)
Assistant Director for Facilities and Aquatics

TJ joined CSU in January 2019 as the Facilities Coordinator at the Student Recreation Center, later moving into the Assistant Director for Facilities and Aquatics role in September 2019. Prior to joining CSU, TJ spent time at Arizona State University Sun Devil Fitness and University of Wyoming Campus Recreation where he has developed and supported students in multiple areas while leading them to professional schools and careers after they graduate. TJ has a BS in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from University of Wyoming, an MS in Kinesiology and Health Promotion with a dual masters in Environment and Natural Resource Science from the University of Wyoming, and is currently working towards his MBA at CSU. In his free time, TJ plays hockey, enjoys working out, and finding new food spots in Northern Colorado.
