Summer has worked in communications for over a decade and has experience working in training and development. Her undergraduate degree is in Advertising & Public Relations and her Master's is in Organizational Leadership. Summer enjoys working with student interns and staff from across campus as well as offering developmental opportunities to those she leads. Her work at the Career Center involves leading the Communication & Outreach and Technology team as well as developing engaging multi-faceted marketing campaigns with the assistance of the marketing interns and Student Marketing Advisory Committee.

Deborah is a first generation alumna from Colorado State University. She has worked for the Division of Student Affairs for over 5 years and is passionate in serving diverse populations. Being an Asian American woman, she is dedicated to the commitment of success to underrepresented and at-risk populations. Her undergraduate degree is in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in Ethnic Studies and is currently working towards her graduate degree in Organizational Leadership and Management. Her contributions to the Career Center includes strategic planning and implementation of outreach in the office and leading the front desk student staff/ student ambassadors. Her favorite pastimes include laughing uncontrollably, eating unhealthy food, and chasing around her toddler son.

Tyler has worked in event planning, development and constituent relations for over seven years for mission-driven organizations across the country. Tyler believes in the power of education to open doors and is excited to work in the Career Center with a team dedicated to helping students seize those opportunities. His contributions to the Career Center include the event planning and execution and project management. In addition to an undergraduate degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management. Tyler has a culinary degree and spent six years as a professional cook in high-end kitchens. He loves gardening, traveling with his wife, and hosting elaborate dinner parties.
