WRP is a recruitment and referral program that connects students with disabilities to an opportunity for employment. WRP creates a database for federal and select private-sector employers nationwide to find current college students and recent graduates with disabilities who are interested in internships and permanent jobs. Each fall semester, qualified candidates can submit a request of interest on the WRP website and a university WRP coordinator at CSU will verify their eligibility and provide information on the next steps to submit an application to speak with a WRP representative.
