The ELEVATE Supervisor Certificate is a program offered by the Career Center. Live trainings are offered for CSU career staff who supervise student employees on campus.
ELEVATE trainings cover the topics outlined in the student employee experience. This program operates off a “train the trainer” model to support supervisors in their growth and development who then in turn support their student staff.
Student staff have their own opportunities to attend workshops through the ASCEND program, a complementary program to ELEVATE. More information on that program can be found here or searched for on Handshake under events.
