Career Ecosystem

At CSU, we believe that career support extends beyond the Career Center location and staff and should be embedded throughout a student’s CSU experience. We support a career ecosystem approach, where students can engage in career conversations in multiple spaces and with all members of the CSU community. Our hope is that you find career support at every stage of your CSU experience and receive career guidance from faculty, staff, peers, alumni, and employers in addition to our specialized Career Center staff. We build the career ecosystem on campus through strategic partnerships with our academic colleges, campus partners, alumni, and employers.

Virtual Services

The Career Center provides services in-person and virtually. Students can access virtual career advising support in one-on-one appointments or drop-in services. Additionally, some of our events are offered in hybrid formats. Please see the events page to see which ones are available virtually.
