Help provide advice and feedback for students on their resumes and cover letters by participating in this twice-a-year event. Please reach out to Sam Boren who can help you engage.
Serve on an industry panel to help educate students on what it’s like to work in your field, sharing how they too can set themselves up for success. Please reach out to Sam Boren so we can capture your interest and reach out when an opportunity arises.
Handshake – FREE
Post your full-time, internship, hourly positions, as well as, on-campus student employment, federal, state, and institutional work-study positions, and off-campus hourly positions on Handshake. Information about how to post an on-campus student position can be found in the Employer Resource Center. Should you need assistance in getting your employer account set up, please email email@example.com. All job postings are viewable by current CSU students and alumni.
Local Odd Jobs – FREE
Local positions with families and individuals (non-registered businesses) that are located within 15 miles of campus can post their part-time positions for current students at Hire A CSU Student. Positions, once approved, will remain on this secure job board for one month.
Resume Search – FREE
Available for CSU-approved employers to do in Handshake. Employers must have a trust score of 80% or greater to access this feature. This feature is not available to Third-Party Recruiters or Staffing Firms. Banner Ad – $500
Purchase premium space on the main page of our website, where your Banner Ad will be displayed for one month. Please contact Codi Delgadillo to reserve your Banner Ad.
On-Campus Interviews – FREE
Our Employer Relations Team will assist you in scheduling and promoting your virtual or in-person campus interviews in our Employer Interview Suite with CSU Rams. We also work to market your position and interview schedule to qualified students. Submit your request for a virtual or in-person campus interview through Handshake or reach out to Codi Delgadillo for more information.
Connect Events – Costs Vary by Event
These are targeted networking events that allow employers to interact with specific populations of students. Past events have included Diverse Reverse, BioTech, Fed Connect, and the Technology Networking Dinner. Please reach out to Sam Boren for a complete listing of this year’s Connect events. Student Mixers – $1,000*
The Employer Relations Team will create a special networking event just for your organization, managing event logistics including food and decorations, sending invites to your targeted student population, and creating a full marketing campaign to advertise. Career Fairs – Costs Vary by Event
The Career Center hosts eight different fairs every year, each targeting different industries as well as different student populations. Along with basic tabling options, sponsorships are available for every fair. It’s a fact that those employers who engage on campus have the MOST success in hiring our students!
